How the model works

From the moment you book to the day you fly home, one assistant from the Cusco team is yours. We know the altitude, the weather, the transport, the operator that runs each day — and we know when something is going wrong on the mountain before you do.
We name the operator in writing before you pay, and we share their contact in the written confirmation the day before. If something goes wrong on the mountain, the chain of accountability is one person long. There is no third layer between you and the day you are buying.
English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Before you book, our WhatsApp assistant answers your questions and can schedule a video call with the Cusco team. Payment is via WeTravel.com. After you book, your assigned assistant takes over — ask for a call or a video call whenever you need one, and tell us the moment something is not going to plan.
