Cancellation

Both policies, verbatim.

Site-wide default

All sales are non-refundable. A refund may be requested only within 48 hours of purchase, and only if the tour date is not within the same week. Past either limit, no refund. Machu Picchu tours are non-refundable in all cases, at any time.

Machu Picchu override

Non-refundable in all cases, at any time. The 48-hour cooling-off window does not apply. Entrance tickets and train or bus seats are date-locked, non-transferable, and purchased up front.

Body clauses

The numbered ones. Because they are a sequence.

Inca Monkey is your companion. The tours are operated by Cusco-based companies; we coordinate every step and stay on the line. The operator is named in writing before payment.

A 50% deposit, or full payment, holds the booking. The balance is settled before the cutoff, or in cash in Cusco on the day.

Cancellation follows the site-wide default above, except for the two Machu Picchu tours, which follow the Machu Picchu override above.

Prices are quoted in USD. Card payment is arranged by hand from WhatsApp. The site does not run a checkout.

This site is built and operated in Cusco, Peru. Disputes are subject to Peruvian consumer law. We will work with you in good faith before any formal channel.
