How the model works
Your companion, from the first message to the flight home.
From the first message to the day you fly home, you are talking to the same person. We know the altitude, the weather, the transport, the operator that runs each day — and we know when something is going wrong on the mountain before you do.
We name the operator in writing before you pay, and we share their contact in the written confirmation the day before. If something goes wrong on the mountain, the chain of accountability is one person long. There is no third layer between you and the day you are buying.
English, Spanish, and Portuguese — a real person who speaks yours, Monday through Sunday, 9 to 12 midday and 2 to 6 pm Cusco time. Payment is via WeTravel.com. Anything outside those hours, our WhatsApp is on.
